Apple pasta

This is a secret recipe from our Eastern style private kitchen, which is not easy to be seen and eaten outside.

It can be made in a simple and easy way, but it can stimulate your taste buds so strongly and make yourself enjoyed so much.

When hot curry meets crunchy apple, your tongue sparkling.

Completely different from western pasta, you’ll find the mistery on your first bite.

Ingredients

  • A crunchy and healthy Widerways red apple
  • a vermicelli or instant noodles
  • an egg
  • half a green pepper or chilli
  • Curry sauce, sugar, salad oil, soy sauce

Steps

  1. Boil the noodle in hot water for about 2 minutes. Remove the noodle into cold water after boiled. Drip a few oil and stir the noodle slowly to prevent it from sticking together;
  2. Cut Widerways apple, and green peper, into small cube pieces, add a spoon of curry, a little soy sauce, sugar, and mix well. Get this source ready and to be used in step 5;
  3. Whisk an egg until throughtly mixed.
  4. Preheat the pan and brush a thin layer of oil on it. Drain the noodles and put an appropriate amount on the pan. Continue to heat the pan/noodle until it’s slightly hard, then brush the egg liquid on it.
  • Do the same on the other side of the noodle.
  • Repeat above steps until both sides of the noodle are golden color.
  • Please don’t forget to brush or drip oils during the procedure so that the noodles won’t get over heated.
  1. Apply the sauce prepared in step 2 to the surface of the noodle (half portion), and fold the other half on.
  2. Divide the pastry into small pieces to experience the unusual taste buds. Enjoy it!
  • Tips
  • The boiled noodles must be drained enough.
